Available in capacities from 78 litres to 710 litres, Finn belt polishers are purpose-designed to polish chocolate-covered Dragee assortments. Why belt polishing? After a product has been chocolate-covered, the final process is belt polishing and glazing. This treatment is carried out to make the product more attractive, extend shelf life and leave a resilient glaze on the exterior of the sweet and help prevent a residue of molten chocolate being deposited on the fingers.
