Developed to run in conjunction with Finn belt coaters, so both coating and polishing operations can take place simultaneously, Finn chocolate belt polishers are widely accepted as the leading chocolate finishing treatment. Available in capacities from 78 litres to 710 litres, Finn belt polishers are purpose-designed to polish chocolate-covered Dragee assortments.

Why belt polishing?

After a product has been chocolate-covered, the final process is belt polishing and glazing. This treatment is carried out to make the product more attractive, extend shelf life and leave a resilient glaze on the exterior of the sweet and help prevent a residue of molten chocolate being deposited on the fingers.
